I got azure credits for Microsoft Founder Hub on my Microsoft E5 Developer work account, I am not able to set up or use Azure How can I do that or request change on the email which credits were granted from Microsoft Founders Hub

Hi

I gave my Microsoft 365 E5 Email for credits in microsoft Founders hub, I am not able to use the granted credits on this email on azure because of it being a 365 E5 Developer account, How can i Request a change in email to which credits were granted in Microsoft Founders Hub or activate and be able to use credits on this account ??

    The subscription is tied to the account that was used to sign up for the sponsorship offer and cannot be transferred to another account.

    If I understand correctly, you would like to transfer your credits/founder's hub account from an @outlook.com alias to a @companyname.com alias. You have not used any of your credits yet. If this is the case, then yes that’s possible. But it cannot be done by the customer as self-serve so our support team will need to move the credits to the new account. Please log a ticket with Founders Hub,.
