Setup from iso of Windows 11 24H2 failed, back to 23H2

I ran setup from Windows 24H2 iso,

Could not install Windows 11

Your PC has reverted to the state it was in just before you started installing Windows 11.

0xC1900101-0x40017

The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase because an error occurred during the BOOT operation

The installation failed with a Windows 11 setup program error screen that says.

I disconnected the LAN or USB cable or disabled LAN or USB in the BIOS and it did not work.

Is there some device driver that is causing the problem?

Possible possibilities are VB-Audio Virtual Cable, DAEMON Tools Pro 8.3, Tobias Erichsen Virtual MIDI (loopMIDI), PRIMO RAMDISK 6.6.0, WACOM Intuos2 Driver, etc...

PC: Lenovo ThinkPad E495 BIOS 1.31

SSD: WD Red SN700

I did the following and succeeded in updating 24H2.

(1)Disabled Secure Boot in BIOS, UEFI Only, and disabled CSM.

(2)Disabled Lenovo Vantage and WiFi during installation.

(3)Remove the following software and drivers

    • Security software from an external vendor (remove all of the registry and drives as well, as they cannot be completely erased by removal tools).
    • Synology Virtual USB Hub
    • LoopMidi (teVirtual MIDI driver must be removed manually)
    • VB-Audio Virtual Cable
    • DAEMON TOOLS Pro (manually delete drivers in storage controller)
    • Wacom Tablet (Wacom Driver)

    (4) In the screen after 30% of the configuration, remove the AC adapter as well.

Probably one of (3) is the real culprit.

In the past, the monthly Windows Update failed due to a driver for NT called MIDIYork.

At that time, the MIDIYork driver was successfully WindowsUpdated by manually removing it without using the uninstaller.
