How to troubleshoot the VPN Connectivity issue in Microsoft Surcface Pro (11th Edition)?

Hello,Recently i have purchased microsoft newsurface pro (11 Edition) windows 11 home copilot with ARM based processor .I installed the forticlient VPN on the device.However,I am unable to establish a connection to the VPN.
Steps taken So Far:
1.Checked my internet connection(works fine).
2.Reinstalled the Forticlient VPN application
3.Verified the VPN credentials and settings
Despite these steps,the issue persists.
Request:
please assist me in troubleshooting the VPN Connectivity issue.Let me Know if additional system logs or information are required to resolve the problem.

    Ensure that FortiClient VPN is allowed through both Private and Public networks of Firewall.

    Open Event Viewer Navigate to Windows Logs > System and Application.

    Look for entries related to FortiClient or VPN errors.

    Try FortiClient Diagnostic Tool from FortiClient.
