Request to Exclude Coupon Codes from [COS/ARKET/&Other stories in KR] in Microsoft Edge Shopping

We appreciate the convenience and value that the Microsoft Edge Shopping feature offers to users. However, we have encountered significant challenges concerning this feature’s interaction with our websites:

  1. Invalid Coupon Codes Recommendation: The feature continues to recommend invalid coupon codes(like HELLOCOS10, we never did used before) for our three websites, leading to a substantial increase in customer service inquiries. Due to many calls regarding this shopping code, our cs team also have to explain why that feature is not valid which makes unnecassry works.
  2. Security Concern: Some exclusive coupon codes issued to selected customers have been exposed, causing unintended sales impacts.

Given the above issues, we kindly request that coupon codes from our websites, specifically [https://www.cos.com/ko-kr/index.html], [https://www.stories.com/kr_krw/index.html], [https://www.arket.com/ko-kr/index.html] be excluded from the Microsoft Edge Shopping.

We hope for your understanding and cooperation in addressing this matter promptly to prevent further inconvenience and lost sales to our customers and protect the integrity of our promotional efforts.
