    Welcome to our forum!

    Are you using Classic Outlook desktop client?

    If so, you can change to People view and click the contact group, then press Ctrl+A to select all contacts and right click to select Delete.

    I notice that you want to import a new CSV, please refer to: Import or export contacts in Outlook.
