Character Limit Problem on Copilot Chat for Web

Yesterday, the character limit was 128K. Today it is 8K. This means that the output is also truncated, even if you upload a file. This renders the tool virtually useless for me. How can the limit be increased again?

I access Copilot through a Microsoft 365 E5 license, I wasn't expecting to have an 8000 character limit. This is restrictive and undermines Copilot's potential to deliver comprehensive, high-quality answers. -
