slmgr.vbs /upk
slmgr.vbs /rilc
slmgr.vbs /ipk <your-product-key>
slmgr.vbs /ato
Replace <your-product-key> with your actual product key.
- Ensure your device is linked to your Microsoft account. Sometimes, re-signing into your Microsoft account can help with activation issues.
