Hi,

Somehow my Personal and Professional Microsoft Accounts are linked together, how can I separate them?

My home account that I purchased Microsoft software for should be link to the email address ******@SBCglobal.net.

My work account should be linked to ******@PalosHealth.com.

Having both on my work account is causing me a lot of trouble and the work email address will be changing soon.

Sincerely,
Walter C Fritz

Thank you for your post! Since I'm not sure what platform you're using, I found some links that might help resolve your issue.

How to unlink my personal and business office accounts?
Remove a connected account from Outlook on the web
How to remove an account in OneDrive
Unlink Windows 10 from my microsoft account?

Any additional information or screenshots would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you for your time and patience throughout this issue.

I have gotten to work on the issue yet do to work, but I do not see how to get my personal under my ******@sbcglobal.net, so it is the userID and leave my work account under the ******@Palosheal.com.

I seen the link to deleted the accounts, but what I need is two accounts on under each email. I bought Microsoft software for my home and it should be under my personal email address.

Thank you for your help so far, James.

Is there any way to have the account split without deleting from one? I would have to create another account to somehow get the information I deleted from the first account on to the new account

    Hi James,

I could not find the private message to get your email information in this line of conversation I now have two accounts, one under CharlesJohn.Fritz@Stuff .com and another ******@PalosHealth.com. Do you see both? The first one still seems to show both my personal account and a work account. I believe the second only has a work account. Would you be able to tell me it that is true?

    Sincerely,
    Walter C Fritz
