Windows Server 2022 Standard ROK - activation issue

Hi everyone!

I have a big issue. Bought a HPE server from a company. Then the seller told me I needed a License. I bought one.

The license came with a DVD and a very nice sticker.

I started the windows server and "pressed a key" to start from DVD. Everything installed correctly.

Already inside windows server 2022, I tried to activate the license and it is asking me for a 25 characters code.

I turned upside down all the package with the DVD and there is no code with 25 characters.

I'm sure the license is original as I bought it from a the same company. 

The question is, how can I get the 25 characters code or could you please show me the steps to install this license in the brand new server?

Here are a few steps you can take to try to resolve this issue:

1. Check the Packaging Again: Sometimes the 25-character product key might be printed on a card or a label inside the DVD case or on the sticker itself. Examine all materials carefully.
2. Check the Certificate of Authenticity (COA): If there is a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) sticker, it often includes the product key. This sticker is sometimes attached to the DVD case or somewhere in the packaging.
3. Contact the Seller: Reach out to the company or seller from whom you purchased the server and the license. Explain the situation and ask for assistance in locating the product key.
4. Check Inside the Server Case: It's possible that the COA sticker with the product key is affixed inside the server case, especially if it was pre-installed by the vendor.
