How to add the "Think Deeper" function to a paid Copilot for 365 user (Entra) account

Question

We are an organization that has paid Copilot users and were excited to see the announcement that Copilot was getting the "Think Deeper" function similar to ChatGPT. However, I can't make the feature show up for our users (Entra logins). It does show up if I login using my personal Microsoft account. The documentation states it is free to all users and only requires signing in with a "Microsoft Account". Does this mean that Entra accounts are not "Microsoft Accounts" and are not getting the feature?
