I am experiencing a problem logging in to the administration/admin page / app. I want to add an email address and need to open the admin app, but i received this error the last week every day;

There's not much we can do here apart from offering generic guidance/advice. Only the support engineers can do actual changes and they should escalate this, instead of just redirecting you around.
In the meantime, I would suggest validating access to the Azure AD blade (https://aad.portal.azure.com/) and if it works OK, creating another GA account there, so you can perform basic admin tasks as needed. Similarly, you can try connecting via the Azure AD/MSONline PowerShell module.

I already try the link, but nothing will help.
If i open the office app there is a- several apps.
I need to open the admin app (in Dutch Beheer app), but is reveive an error.
I try it 50 times this week, but it doenst work.
I've been in contact with the helpdeks here in the netherlands, but they informed me to try to solved into this platform.
Below a printscreen of the app, so you know which one is not working. The error type i already send in my previous message.
Which admin page is that? There are currently no reported incidents that should prevent you from accessing O365 admin tools, and they seem to work fine for me. Just in case, test via a private browser session and if possible, another network location.
