Multiple Connections error with my Microsoft account Code : 0x80070422

Question

I added a new Microsoft account, but since then I have had multiple errors with The Microsoft store.
I can no longer see, or else, has access to my synchronization settings, and I can no longer Log in locally to my session.

Exemple the Code : 0x80070422 show me.

My question is...

1. My Windows 10 license was associated with my old account. So the cause of all my problems is that my machine is simply no longer activated with my license associated with my account ?
2. If so, should they completely reformat my computer to fix the problem ?

Hi,
The error 0x80070422 indicates “The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it”.

You could try the following steps:
Run the troubleshooter:
Settings> Update & security> Troubleshoot> Windows store app

Reset Windows Store
Press Win+R hotkey together to start Run dialog.
Type WSReset.exe, then click OK to reset the Store app.
Run dialog
Reboot after it finishes.

Adding new accounts shouldn’t affect the activation status of Windows, you could check in the Settings> Update & security>Activation.
