[Unusual Activity] Full Deny assignment - unable to access Azure Services or seek support

We've run into a significant issue over the weekend due to our Azure subscription being suspended by Microsoft, and we're chasing urgent help. This has created some real dramas, with Microsoft effectively locking us out, shutting down access to our backups, and stopping us from reactivating our services.

We've put through three separate support tickets to Microsoft but haven't heard a peep back—not even an acknowledgement. Our absolute top priority right now is regaining access to those backups so we can get our servers back up and running ASAP. Unfortunately, the Microsoft ticketing system only lets us submit these as minor severity, despite the obvious seriousness.

We'd greatly appreciate any assistance or advice in escalating this issue with Microsoft, both to recover our backups and to get our servers operational again.
