Users cannot access Copilot Studio agent

I moved my copilot studio agent into a solution, then moved it to a new (production) environment.
I have shared the agent with my original permissions group, who could previously access it. When I share the Teams link, they get an error message.
How can I make the agent accessible to them again?

2025-03-28T12:48:38.4266667+00:00 Resolved. I add users one by one and it worked. For some reason, permission groups didn't work in this instance.
