    Hi Barberena, Roger,

    Welcome to our forum!

Did you have any specific operation before the issue occurs?

To further confirm if the issue is more related with Outlook Desktop Client, it is suggested please log your account in to web version to see if the subfolders exist.

If they exist, please close New Outlook>Press Win+R> Type command olk.exe –clearLocalState>Enter to log out and log back into your account to see if the subfolders appear.

If not, please check subfolders in Classic Outlook, ensure they are not deleted accidentally.

In addition, if the folder pane is minimized, you won't be able to see your folders.  Please go to View> Folder pane>Folder list> Show to display all folders in New Outlook. More information: Show all folders in Outlook - Microsoft Support

If all above do not work, you may want to continue using Classic Outlook as a workaround.

    Hope it helps.

I am having the same issue in my org with 3 people reporting the same issue.

Ended up contacting Microsoft and they said it might be the number of subfolders. However one of the effected mailboxes has one subfolder.

Ill try update if I ever get a resolution.
