On Outlook on a Galaxy Tablet, how can I make it NOT go to the next message after deleting the current one? All of the solutions found on Google are not helpful as the options (View Tab? Reading Pane?) simply do not exist in this application. If I delete a message, I just want to be returned to the message list without opening (and marking as read) the next message. Please advise.
That should be the Android version of Outlook. On my Android phone, I click the Inbox icon on the top left to get to Settings (Gear icon). From there, tap the Gear Icon (Settings), under General, tap Mail, tap Email Auto-advance. Under When you move or delete an email select Go back to the message list.

No such option on Samsung tablet. I have to go to About|Software Information. Here is what is displayed:
Sorry, that was within Outlook for Android, not the tablet itself. I want to make sure you're running the same version of Outlook on your tablet that I have on my smartphone. If they are the same version, then I'll check with the Outlook engineering folks as to why I have the option on my phone, but you do not on your tablet. Thanks!!!

Sorry about the delay, I've heard back from the Engineering folks, and they responded:
"It should be there for both Android (phone and tablet) and shouldn’t have been removed. If we can get a incident ID we can take a look (settings->help & feedback->Collect diagnostics. Run the “get started” and then provide the ID that’s generated."
Would it be possible to run this and post the generated ID so I can get it back to them, please? Thanks!!!
