    Hi Amal Raj

Could you please check the following things:

    1. Go to Azure DevOps -> Organization Settings -> Users -> Check if that user has Basic or Stakeholder access level. User's image
    2. Under Organization Settings -> Permissions -> Users tab -> Search for the user -> Under Boards section, ensure all settings are set to Allow. User's image
    3. Navigate to Project Settings -> Permissions -> Users Tab -> Search for the User and select him -> Under Boards section, ensure all settings are set to Allow. User's image
    4. In the Users Tab -> Member of tab -> Make sure the user is in a group like Contributors, Readers, or Project Administrators.
    5. Let the user check that he has enabled the Azure DevOps Services of Azure Boards by navigating to Azure DevOps -> Project Settings -> Overview. User's image
    6. Boards are tied to Area Paths. So go to Project Settings -> Team configuration -> Areas -> Click on 3 dots right side of Area -> Security -> Search for user -> Ensure the required settings are set to Allow. User's image
