Could it be because my developer account has a school email address? The school has disabled many features. I am doing development and using it actively, but when I want to do something with the email address I registered with, it constantly gives me a warning that your administrator must approve this process. But I can do development with my subscription admin account. I don't understand what I need to do to renew it.
