Account recovery phone died

Question

+24 hours ago my personal phone died. I have x2 Microsoft outlook accounts tied to the Authenticator app which is on that phone. Passwords etc were linked on the old phone. Am traveling and have filled in the account recovery with alternative contact details for Microsoft but not heard back. So cannot access my emails and documents. Have just created a new outlook email account to exist in Microsoft world. No contact live support chat so am not able to access expertise to unlock. Any suggestions welcome on how to proceed!
