Lost Access to MFA only Global Admin

I am the only global admin for a small business.

I changed phones without migrating the MS Authenticator app and no longer have access to the old phone - this means that I am unable to not only log into 365 Admin, but I am also locked out of all services where I authenticate via my 365 Account

    Hello if oyu locked out all admin from tenant, the ONLY way is to call by phone to microsoft support, registed a ticket trough phone and then you will able to continue ticked resolving process with MS.

    MS will ask you all needed information to unclock the tenant, like DNS record of added custom domain, maybe some purchase papers of licence, card payment or etc
