Identity validation has been In Progress since I uploaded the requested documents on 5/8/2025. The validation id is 5axxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I would appreciate an update. Thanks!

    Hi Paul, sorry for the pain.

    Do you have a Microsoft partner you work with?

    I know they have ways to accelerate some issues based on their direct relationships with Microsoft.

    For example, for my customers I have Premiere Services I can call on to help out my customers.

    It's worth a shot to talk to your Microsoft contacts.
