Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    1. Confirm Which Account You’re Using
    2. Microsoft Account (MSA) vs. Azure AD (Work/School) Account
      • When you took your exams, you registered with an email—often an MSA (e.g., Outlook.com, Live.com) or sometimes a work/school Azure AD account.
      • If you now sign in with a different account, your dashboard will be empty.
Action: Sign out of all Microsoft accounts in your browser.
In a private/incognito window, sign in at [https://aka.ms/certdashboard](https://aka.ms/certdashboard) with each email you might have used for certification.

    1. Link Your Accounts in Your Microsoft Profile

If you have both an MSA and an Azure AD account, you can link them so that all credentials show up under one profile:

Go to https://learn.microsoft.com/profile and sign in with your primary account.

Under your profile picture, click “Organizations” (or “Account settings”“Linked accounts”).

Choose “Add an email” or “Link work/school account” and follow the prompts to link the secondary account you used for exams.

Wait a few minutes for the linkage to propagate.

    1. Check Your Transcripts & Certification Dashboard

    Certification Dashboard

Visit https://aka.ms/certdashboard and sign in with your (now–linked) primary account.

You should see all active certifications and exam history.

      **Transcript (Printable)**

         Go to [https://learn.microsoft.com/transcripts](https://learn.microsoft.com/transcripts).

Click **“Download Transcript”** to get your full record in PDF.

    1. Verify Privacy & Sharing Settings

In your profile (https://learn.microsoft.com/profile), click “Privacy”.

Ensure “Make my certification achievements publicly visible” (or similar) is On.

This controls whether you can view—and others can view—your earned badges and certificates.

    1. If Your Certifications Still Don’t Appear

    Confirm Exam Provider

If you took exams through Pearson VUE or Certiport, verify that the email on file matches your Microsoft sign-in.

    Contact Support

      Microsoft Certification support: [https://aka.ms/certsupport](https://aka.ms/certsupport)

         Pearson VUE support: [https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact](https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact)

         Provide them with:

            Your full name as registered

The email you used when registering for the exam

Exam dates and IDs (if you have them)

    1. (Optional) Use LinkedIn or Credly for Sharing

Once your dashboard is fixed, you can connect to:

Credly (formerly Acclaim): Many Microsoft certs issue badges here automatically.

    Go to https://credly.com

Sign in with the same email.

         Accept any pending badges.

**LinkedIn**: Add your certs under **“Licenses & Certifications”** using the URLs or badge images from Credly.

By following these steps—verifying the correct sign-in account, linking identities, checking your privacy settings, and contacting support if necessary—you should regain access to view and share all of your certifications. If you still encounter issues after linking and waiting for propagation (give it 30–60 minutes), reach out directly to Microsoft Certification support with your registration details. Here’s a systematic, step-by-step approach to troubleshoot and restore access to your certification records—this applies if you’re trying to view Microsoft certifications on the Microsoft Certification Dashboard (or Learn Profile). If you’re using another platform, the high-level steps are similar:
