Error 399287 – MFA Phone Blocked on School Account, School Unavailable

Hello,
I'm a student in Morocco, and I am unable to access my school Outlook account. My phone was recently stolen, and after recovering my number, I tried logging in, but I keep getting this error:
Error Code: 399287

Timestamp: 2025-06-13T13:34:38Z
The error message says my account is blocked due to multi-factor authentication (MFA) issues, possibly related to phone reputation.
Unfortunately, my school is closed, and the administration told me they can’t help at this time.
A classmate had exactly the same problem, and Microsoft engineers helped him here on Microsoft Q&A — that’s why I’m reaching out here now.
Can someone please assist or escalate this to the right team? I really need access to my school Outlook account to receive exam results and official emails today by 00:00 UTC+1.
