Why is Copilot repeating unwanted loops?

Copilot repeatedly generates unwanted loops of phrases like "Your move. Go. Now" along excessive spacing, even when I type simple fresh input. This happens on both mobile and laptop. Troubleshooting already attempted includes:

Clearing cache and app storage

Restarting device and app

Typing manually (no clipboard or emoji)

Switching keyboards and platforms (issue persists across both)

Yes, it is very annoying. Same as I cannot have it stop using "frustration/frustrated/frustrating". And same as cannot have it stop tacking on irritating end-tags, end-prompts, needling prodding end-questions... "I'm here, how came I help next?" Same as cannot have it just answer YES or NO without additional unwanted, unrequested, unneeded babbling... can never JUST answer without always trying to turn everything into an on-going 'conversation'. But it does continuously LIE that it will stop things... but doesn't.
