I am being charged for postgresSQL DB

I use to have free PostgresSQLDB as part of Azure. Starting 16th of June, I am bring charged .60 cents/day for each of my production and test DB. Even with the DB being down, I see minor charges. Is there some change in policy?

Are you referring to Azure Free account? If yes, under this offer you get Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible server Burstable B1MS SKU plus 32GB storage and 32GB backup free for 12 months. After 12 months you have to pay.

Even if the server is Stopped, you will still be charged for storage and backup storage. Please see pricing page:
