Remapping keys

Hello, is there an officially supported way to remap keys on a Microsoft keyboard?

I like to map the right side Ctrl key to F11 in order to quickly pop in an out of full screen mode without needing to look at the keyboard. Do I need to use a third party tool for this, or does MS provide a solution?

    There is no simple tweak we can do to make remap the CTRL key to F11 but you can use the Keyboard Manager feature available in PowerToys. The Keyboard Manager allows you to customize the keyboard to be more productive by remapping keys and creating your own keyboard shortcuts. Please see this page for more details:
