Surface Pro7 randomly locks the screen while i type with virtual keyboard

Question

Hello! I got an issue that drives me crazy. When i type with virtual keyboard and press L (without pressing Win button of course) my Surface locks screen like i pressed Win+L. It happens randomly and started after i had updated to Win 11. I tried to restore system, make fresh start but it didn't help.

Specs: 128 gb, I5, 8 gb RAM

In this case, please try checking your keyboard if there is a stuck key (especially the Windows logo). If there's not, then this might be due to software conflict. Follow these methods first and see if issue persists or not:

Force a shut down and restart your Surface

• Press and hold down the power button until your Surface shuts down and restarts and you see the Windows logo screen (about 20 seconds), then release the power button.

Run the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit

• In the search box on the taskbar, type Surface Diagnostic Toolkit, then select it in the list of results.
  If it's not already installed, you can download it from the Microsoft Store.
• Follow the on-screen instructions in the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit.

Turn Off Sticky Keys

• Open Settings > Accessibility. Select Keyboard under Interaction.
• Click on the toggle next to Sticky keys to turn off feature.

Unfortunately, the issue happened again. It comes completely randomly, two days without the problem, then two times in one hour.
