I can’t redeem my 2 points from the “you did it!” Level 2 award, pls help.

    It seems that you are experiencing difficulties redeeming your Microsoft Rewards Points for the "You Did It!" Level 2 award.

    When you complete daily activities, the reward points should automatically be added to your account. If you notice that the points have not been credited, try refreshing the webpage. Alternatively, you can sign out of your Microsoft account and then sign back in on the rewards page.

    If your reward points are still not updated, please fill out the form for Microsoft Rewards Support, and a member of the support team will get in touch with you.
