I've done the above mentioned steps but no luck, it persisting an error as below:-

"diskpart has encountered aan error: data error <cyclic redundancy check>.

see the system event log for more information."

request you to please suggest further.

    Hello,

We would like to know more about the issue. Have you tried to use it on another device? Did you get an error message?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hi Sandip,

A Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) is an error checking technique used by computers, specifically the hard drives or optical disks. A Cyclic Redundancy Check error is caused when data on the hard-drive or DVD becomes corrupt.

    1. Were there any changes made on the computer prior to the issue?
    2. Did you try running the Chkdsk command as an Administrator?

I would suggest you to follow these steps and check if it helps:

    1. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.

(If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, and then click Search.) 2. Enter “CMD” without quotes in the search box, tap or click Apps 3. Touch and hold the Command prompt tile in the search results. Then drag your finger down until the tile is outlined by a solid line. Once it happens release your finger from the screen. 4. Tap or Click Run as administrator. 5. Type the following commands:

diskpart list disk Select disk # (where # is the number of the disk you want to format) delete partition

Refer to the following article for better understanding:

    DiskPart Command-Line Options

    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc766465%28v=ws.10%29.aspx

Note: Deleting or formatting the disks will lead to loss of data.

Let us know the results. If you have any further issues on the computer, please post your question related to Windows and we will be happy to help you.

I'd tried to delete it by format option which saying can't access device and diskpartsowing error  I/O device error

and I also contact manufacturer for support they are saying to run system error check from tool menu in device properties and running the system check giving message can't access device.
