Kernel data inpage error - help

Hello, Seen some previous threads on this BSOError and taking a leaf off them on what needs doing..

But first for the backgroud. My Lenovo Twist Thinkpad running Windows 8 had its LCD screen replaced a little while back but had been working fine since then. A few days back the Thinkpad  started giving the Kernel Data inpage error after about several minutes of reboot. It still does the same. Runs fine for a while after reboting and suddenly descends to the error mssg. Could be a specific software causing it??

Therefore, in line with earlier threads on the subject, would be great if someone could take alook at the .dmp files zipped and uploaded to the dropbox link here to see what might be going on:

    Thanks.

Yes, # 2 was removed as well, along with #1.

    Regards,

Did you follow #2? As I noted, it's not a compatible device regarding Windows 8. If there's no update for its driver, there's not much you can do aside from replacing it with a compatible device.

    Hi Patrick,

First of all thanks for looking into it! really appreciate.

It almost worked! After uninstalling Express cache, the system is more stable. It stayed on for several hours yesterday without descending into the error message.

I even ran the full scan using Windows defender and it threw up a Mozilla trojan by the name JS/Redirector.NK which i subsequently deleted.

However, this morning while working on an excel sheet it descended into the inpage error and then yet again - so twice - but not since then.

Here is a link once again to the latest set of dmp. files if you could take a look once again to see if the problem could be narrowed further.

    Hi Andy,

    KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (7a)

This bug check indicates that the requested page of kernel data from the paging file could not be read into memory.

    BugCheck 7A, {4, 0, fffffa80047b4aa0, dbd2278c78}

the 2nd argument implies the NTSTATUS code STATUS_SUCCESS.

    1. Uninstall ExpressCache ASAP as it's very likely causing file system conflicts.

    2.

    2: kd> lmvm ew_jubusenum

    start             end                 module name

The HUAWEI Mobile Connect - Bus Enumerate Device driver is not compatible with Windows 8 in almost all cases. I would keep this in mind as it may be causing issues.
