Hello
Im working with Mac OS 10.15.7 and sometimes working trough this app on win 10 trough VPN to my company, it's does not function well ö, ä, ü. It shows then other signs.
Can you help.

Since the issue is random, it is very difficult to figure out the root cause.
What we can try now is to update the windows or install the latest version of remote desktop app.

Please help to confirm below information so that we could better understand your issue.
- You use Microsoft Remote Dekstop app for Mac to remote connect to the Win 10 PC from your Mac book, right?
- When you use Mac Keyboard to type ö, ä, ü in the windows remote session, it shows other signs, right?
- May I know what language your are using on your mac book and windows PC? How about the keyboard layout?

- yes but not every time, some times it works well and then it shows from a moment to an other other signs as desired.
