Windows UPDATE which "boost" my system and PC

Question

Every time when i download new windows update, my pc is going to be uselles. Lol, every programm i have on my pc aint work or work really bad. Although the whole windows is lagging, i cant install programs or do the recovery backup, cause its crashing everytime. Cause of you pretty optimized updates my pc created for gaming is going to be a office pc from 2009. Coming to my question, do you guys from Microsoft, use people who test your new updates to find bugs and other?

This issue may occur either due to software conflicts or due to presence of unused files or programs in Windows.
I would suggest you to run system maintenance troubleshooter and check if it helps. Please follow these steps:

1. Type troubleshooting in the search box on taskbar.
2. Click troubleshooting in the search results.
3. Click "View all" and then click "System Maintenance".
4. Click "Next" and follow on-screen instructions.

You could try boot into Clean Boot environment to see if the issue persists.
