Fslogix 2.9.7654.46150 Edge Bookmarks lost

We currently works with the version 2.9.7349.30108.
Works well, but some users have problems with Microsoft OneNote 2016.
So we wanted to update to the latest version.
With the current version we have the problem that the favourites and settings of Microsoft Edge are lost when logging off.
Tested with version 2.9.7654.46150 and 2.9.7621.30127
Is that a known problem?

    The problem is much bigger. Nothing is saved at all.
    I think there is a problem with the installation. I reinstall everything once.

    yes, works fine.
    the frxdrvvt altitude setting was not set correctly.
