Global Admin License or Domain restriction

I am currently trying to Sync our Microsoft Teams with TeamMates.
I am 1 or 2 Global Admins in our company and can distribute our MS licenses to our users.
However the licenses I am approving on the Microsoft Admin side of things are not being synced to the TeamMates portal because it doesn't recognize me as a Global Admin.
It does recognize the other Global Admin and will synchronize for them.
I have already been in communications with TeamMate support team and they said that the Global Admin status is not being sent from Microsoft so there is nothing they can do.
How do I verify my Global Admin status?

    How do you synchronize Microsoft Teams with TeamMates?

    To verify your company’s global admin, you should login in Office 365 admin center and select Users -> Active Users, select your name, then check if you have assigned Global Admin like the following picture:
