Hi pzdmubasher ... go to start - settings - privacy - camera.
Make sure you have it set to on to let apps use my camera hardware.
Also make sure if you are using a 3rd party antivirus software that you have allowed the camera to be used.
camera shows error message

hello, when i start my webcam it shows some error message, says we cant find your camera and shows error code 0xA00F4244.please fix this problem.
