Hi everyone, this is my first post. Maybe could you help me. In a citrix environment, we have vdis or GPOs being applied. The purpose of a GPO is to deactivate windows updates and not to display the option in the menu. However, the shutdown and restart update options appear while the gpo which is ultimately an applied registry key is properly configured and applied on the vdi (Check with gpresult /h report;html). Do you have an explanation? ![![79654-image.png][1]][1] I thank you in advance for this support. [1]: /api/attachments/79653-image.png?platform=QnA

    Hello @UlzzaG

Did you run gpupdate/force to reapplies all policy settings on all the desktops?

"Disables Automatic Updates through GPO does not block access to Windows Update." Quote from here: disable Windows updates via GP

You may also need to Prevent the Operating System from Being Updated Through Windows Update :
Click Computer Configuration> Administrative Templates> System> Internet Communication Management,> Internet Communication settings> Turn off access to all Windows Update features.

    Best Regards
    Karlie
