I am getting the error message in MS access "Record is to Large"

I imported a Excel spreadsheet into Access that created a table When I open the table to try to change the data type or add another Field Name, I get an error message "Record Is to large"

    What was the old data type and what you wanted to change it into? What data was in the record?
