When I try to get metric definition for a resource via Azure rest api I get below error.
"Invalid request : metric definitions contains multiple copies of the extension api 'providers/microsoft.insights/metricdefinitions'".
I tried it for VM and storage account in both the case I got the same error.

I am not trying to get metrics, I am trying to get metric definitions - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/monitor/metricdefinitions/list
