we have connected our Azure IoT Hub to azure functions whenever a message reaches to IoT hub, it is forward to function for further processing. There is a delay in function App triggering. It occurred only once so far.

For Example :

we receive 10 messages at 10 Am, but 9 messages are processed immediately, Only 1 message is processed at 11 am. This Function App is in use from the past 3years but I noticed this issue only once that is a couple of days back. I want know the reason. Can anyone please help me with this.

After investigating the logs files and info provided to support team, we summarize the outcome as below,

We cannot access logs as old as 3 months ago. The retention policy would not allow for older logs to be kept due to security reasons.
Thus we are not able to troubleshoot the issue further based on the original time frame provided.
Please advise on whether the delay has reoccurred and provide a new time frame.

Best approach would be to open a new support case that will have the information on a more recent occurrence of the issue which can be troubleshooted.

We hope this info will be useful to other customers with similar issues in future to get better resolution as soon as possible.
