Single sign on with Windows virtual Desktop for office 365 not working

Does single sign on for Office 365 work with WVD environment at this point ? I see some forums which stated that it works only with ADFS, however i don't see any instructions for the same ? We have WVD which are domain joined pc and we are using PHS and single sign on configured on AD connect. And we have to keep entering our id and password everytime we open up Office apps. Please help !

    Hi,

    As far as I know, you'll still need Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) for Single Sign-On (SSO) with Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD).
