    Hi

    Thanks for your reply.

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the problem:

    1. Check camera settings: Make sure your camera is not disabled or set to low brightness. Look for any settings that might be affecting the camera's functionality.
    2. Update camera drivers: Ensure that your camera drivers are up to date. You can usually find the latest drivers on the manufacturer's website.
    3. Close other applications: Some applications or programs might be using the camera exclusively, preventing other programs (like your online class software) from accessing it. Try closing any unnecessary programs and then open your online class again.
    4. Test with another application: Open a different application that uses your camera, such as a video calling app or a camera testing tool, to see if the issue persists. If the camera works fine with other applications, the problem might be specific to the online class software.
    5. Check online class software settings: Verify that the online class software has permission to access your camera. You may need to check the application's settings or preferences to ensure the camera is enabled and selected correctly.

    Good Day Derrick.

The problems are back. The camera does not work in Zoom. It tells me that no camera is detected.

I reported this problem last year at Zoom. Someone tried to fix it, it worked for a day, then I figured how to toggle it to work there after, now it is back to not working. When I switch on the camera, Zoom says no camera detected. But if the switch is off, Zoom detects the camera and displays the virtual background.

    Can you assist, please.

    Regards,

    Theresa
