Hi, I tried to add a Microsoft account but it kept looping. Here is the situation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-pkP_1WTy8Y. I've tried restarting my laptop, removing the PIN, creating new account, scanning sfc, turning on the "Require sign-in with Windows Hello for Microsoft accounts" option, and even reinstalling Windows 10 but none of them worked. My Windows 10 is up to date with the latest version.

    Hello,

I'm running into the exact same problem. When I try to add an account to my PC, I get stuck in an infinite login loop. Similarly, I can't log into Xbox due to the same issue.

This issue happened to me first roughly 2 months ago. I couldn't find any help online so I ended fully resetting my PC after several futile attempts to reinstall Windows 11. It fixed the issue, but as of yesterday I am running into it again. I don't want to reset my computer again, so I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help.

I did all the steps but Windows Hello still popped up. Is there any other solution that I can do?

I've already disabled the VPN software. I can login to the account on the browser but cannot on Windows or Microsoft apps.
