Hello,

What is the solution for the "Netwsw02.sys" error with blue screen?

It always occurs for me from time to time,

and by the way I noticed one time after such error that one of the folders containing all my work on the "E drive" was corrupted. I don't know what's the cause of the blue screen error and how it affects my folders in such a way!!!

Thank you,

    I suggest uninstalling the current driver and installing the latest one available on the Dell website.

    Download the latest driver from the link below.

    https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER05736979M/4/Intel-316...

    Source: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product...

    Uninstall the current driver:

    1. Open "Device Manager" (Windows + X and select Device Manager);
    2. Expand "Network adapters";
    3. Right-click on the Wi-Fi adapter and select "Uninstall device";
    4. On the confirmation screen, check "Delete the driver software for this device" and click "Ok";
    5. Restart the PC.

    Install the driver you downloaded.

    Thank you for your reply,

    My computer is Dell inspiron 15 5559.

    I have installed the windows recently and since then it occurred one time, so maybe this generated only one file in that folder.

    Here's the link:

    I hope this can help.

    Hi, I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    This driver is from the "Intel(R) Wireless WiFi Link Adapter".

    What is your computer's manufacturer and model?

    See if your computer is producing minidump files.

    These files are in "C:\Windows\Minidump".

    Copy any files you have to your desktop and store them in a ZIP file. Then upload the ZIP file to the cloud (OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc...) and choose to share it and get the link.

    Post the link to the ZIP file here so I can have a look.
