Ran Online PH General Application Error Help

Question

When I open the launcher it starts a few updates but when it comes to opening Ran Online It gives me this error message: "General Application Error. Enable Debug Output for detailed information.

I understand that you reported an error when starting a game.

This is sad news. This means that you cannot play the game happily until the problem is solved.

Do you have the same problem in other games? If there are no problems with other games, there is a high probability that it is not a system problem. We are not very good at solving game problems and can only give you some ideas.

<1- I think there is a problem with your graphics card driver. Have you updated the graphics card driver recently? You can try to roll back the driver to see if it is back to normal.

You can right-click the Windows logo key in the lower left corner, select Device Manager, select the display adapter, right-click to select properties, and select Rollback Driver.

<2-Look for a Direct X repair tool and try to repair it to see if the component is damaged.
