Teams on desktop not loading. Error code caa30194.

I cannot log into teams on desktop (internet client works fine.) When I type in my email address and sign in, I am greeted with a prompt that says

"We can't connect you...

Looks like we can't connect to one of our services right now. Please try again later, or contact your helpdesk if the issue persists.

HTTP 404

login.microsoftonline.com"

The error code is caa30194

I have tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the client, but the issue still persists.

    I had the same login issue with MS Team desktop client.

    The only solution for me is to run it in compatibility mode:

    • right click MS Teams app icon and open the 'Properties' window.
    • under 'Compatibility' tab, check the 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:' and select Windows 8
    • click Apply and Click OK

    Hi

    Anyone else still experiencing this issue ? Its September now. 

    User is unable to access MS Team as well as MS outlook via the clients

    You're #2 I've seen with the issue - it seems like it's a problem with the service. A subset of North American users had issues joining meeting - but that is the only incident reported.

    Yes I can log on using web browsers. I am only having this problem with my desktop client.
