Hi Rahul, My name is Umar and I'd be happy to help you out with your question.

Please note: This is a user-to-user community forum. We are users just like you who help others. We are not employees of Microsoft.

To automate data collection from members in a Microsoft Teams group, you can use Microsoft Forms and Power Automate. Here's a step-by-step guide:

  1. Create a Microsoft Form: Create a form in Microsoft Forms to collect the required data. For example, you can add fields for the daily data that needs to be collected.
  2. Set up Power Automate: In Power Automate, create a new flow and select "When a new response is submitted" as the trigger. Choose the Microsoft Form you created as the trigger.
  3. Add an Action: For each response, add an action to "Post message" in the Microsoft Teams channel. You can use the "Get response details" action to retrieve the form responses and post them in the Teams channel.
  4. Test the Flow: Test the flow to ensure that when a new response is submitted in the form, the data is automatically posted in the Teams channel.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
