Hi, whenever I try to access Microsoft Teams (specifically Microsoft bookings) on desktop, web, and mobile, I keep on encountering the same error page. I have tried refreshing as well as deleting/reinstalling the app. Has anyone been encountering the same issue or does anyone know how to fix it? https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/48338956-dcf6-46e8-8816-f76b3fc68f89?platform=QnA"https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/203344ed-81b8-4b66-a6d6-bb1c676db647?platform=QnA" title="filestore.community.support.microsoft.com" rel="ugc nofollow">

Dear JC_184,

Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.

Based on your description, here are some ways you can try to solve your issue:

Method 1: Clear Browser Cache (For Web Access)

  • In Microsoft Edge, go to Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data and select Ctrl+Shift+Del. You can also type "edge://settings/clearbrowserdata" in your address bar to access this function.
  • In Chrome, go to ⋮ (three dots) > More Tools > Clear browsing data. Select "All time," check the "Cache" and "Cookies" boxes, and click "Clear data."
  • Restart the browser and try accessing again.

Method 2: Try a Different Browser or Incognito Mode

  • Open an Incognito/Private window (Ctrl+Shift+N in Chrome/Edge, Ctrl+Shift+P in Firefox).
  • If the issue persists, try a different browser (e.g., Edge if you’re using Chrome).

Method 3: Verify your license (Admin Required)

This error usually occurs due to missing or incorrect licensing.

  • Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Go to Users > Active Users.
  • Select your account (or the affected user).
  • Click "Licenses and Apps".
  • Ensure the user has a license that includes Microsoft Bookings (e.g., Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Enterprise E3/E5, or a Bookings add-on).
  • If the license is missing, assign it and wait 15-30 minutes for changes to apply.

If the issue still persists, unfortunately, as forum moderator, I don’t have access to the backend systems to troubleshoot this effectively due to privacy and security constraints. For that reason, the most efficient solution would be to contact Microsoft’s support team directly.

I hope this information is helpful. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Best Regards,
