I'm sorry for the delayed reply.
Accessing your account on a different computer and seeing your contacts there only suggests that your account is working fine and that your contacts are there.
To further review your issue, I'd like to have the complete error message you are encountering when you tried using People. For clarification as well, when you stated "I have also tried using the people button", does it mean that you are already in the People
page? Please further elaborate.
I suggest as well to please check your server status which will provide you certain information if there are an ongoing maintenance. To do this, please refer to this
