Can't view contacts while using Google Chrome web browser.

Original title:  I have just added google chrome now i have no contacts in hotmail

I have just added Google Chrome.  When I access hotmail via Google Chrome I do not have any contacts.  If I click on the people tab I get a message saying there is a problem.  I need my contacts.  Can you help

    Hi Derek,

    Please help us further check your issue by providing us your affected email account. I create a private message area for you where you can post it there. Do not forget to sign in using a Microsoft account and click Private Messages tab across All Replies.

    Hi

    Thank you again for the reply.

    I have no contacts in the people page.  If I click on the page after a time I received the message  "Sorry something went wrong.  Please try again or refresh the page"  If I try either I get the same message. 

    I have no contacts in Hotmail using Google Chrome so can not send any emails unless it is a reply from an email I have already received.

    Hi Derek,

    I'm sorry for the delayed reply.

    Accessing your account on a different computer and seeing your contacts there only suggests that your account is working fine and that your contacts are there.

    To further review your issue, I'd like to have the complete error message you are encountering when you tried using People. For clarification as well, when you stated "I have also tried using the people button", does it mean that you are already in the People page? Please further elaborate.

    I suggest as well to please check your server status which will provide you certain information if there are an ongoing maintenance. To do this, please refer to this link.

    Hi

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    I have cleared the cache but no success, still no contacts.

    If i use another PC I can access the account through google chrome and the contacts are there.   I have also tried using the people button but i then receive a message saying that microsoft has encountered a problem.
