Problem with Shortcut

I'm having this strange issue all of a sudden whenever I open Outlook. I don't use any kind of external drives for Outlook, nor network drives that connect to Outlook. Also, this drive is not on the network, so can't access it anyway.

Yes I was able to figure out the issue. This was coming from a user, after reviewing her statement, it was just a notification stating that as long as the user is not on the VPN the mapping doesn't exist. Issue resolved.

    Hi Steven Walker (swalker),

Thanks for posting in our forum.

As you said that you didn’t map a network drive, it is suggested you try using the Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRa) to help you automatically diagnose and fix a range of Outlook problems.

Moreover, please check if the issue persists when you open Outlook in safe mode.

    Press Win + R > type ‘outlook /safe’

    Best Regards,

    Huni
