Hi, I’ve received a message from within the outlook.com app stating that my account is locked and I need to sign in-don’t know why. Surely as I’m using an app I am always signed in? Don’t know if this is definitely a genuine MS message and unsure if I should progress etc. Appreciate there is a process to get a 4 digit code sent, but not 100% happy to go ahead. Thanks for any help.
